2-DAY ANGKOR WAT TOUR WITH PHNOM KULEN & BANTEAY SREI:
Thank you so much for your interest in seeing our very beautiful country with Angkor Private Tour, it would be a pleasure to show you around, for Day1: Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour and Day2: we would like to recommend you to visit Banteay Srei, famous for its beautifully detailed pink sandstone carvings and Kulen waterfalls with a thousand Lingas river below the tour itineraries.

DAY 1: Morning departure from your hotel, we will visit the beautiful Sunrise at Angkor Wat, our guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby at 4:45AM in the morning at this point we will departure to see Sunrise at Angkor Wat temple is our first stop we will show you Angkor Wat one of the largest Hindu Temple in the world, after sunrise we will visit everything inside Angkor Wat, Have breakfast. In the same morning we will take you to visit the beautiful South Gate of Angkor Thom (The ancient capital). Inside we will visit Bayon temple. It’s the highlight temple in the centre of Angkor Thom city with 54 towers in which every tower has 4 faces, so that means there are 216 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara and we walk to the next temples nearby called Baphoun which is a Hindu temple built before Angkor Wat in 11st Century. The big reclining Buddha behind it was built in 16th Century and then we continue to see the Royal Palace of Phimeanakas, The Terrace of Elephants & The Terrace of Leper King all are still within in the complex of Angkor Thom. Then we continue to outside Angkor Thom complex to visit Ta keo the pyramid temple, we’ll continue to visit Banteay Kdei & Srah Srang.

Take a lunch break at a local restaurant near the temple and enjoy authentic Cambodian cuisine before continuing your tour.

In the afternoon, we will visit the magnificent Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its giant tree roots of enormous banyans and strangler figs entwine most of the stonework, producing images that have changed little since Henri Mouhot unearthed Angkor in 1863. This temple makes the “Tomb Raider Temple” one of the most iconic and spectacular Angkorian structures.

DAY 2: Morning departure from your hotel, and begin our private journey to Phnom Kulen National Park, one of Cambodia’s most important historical and spiritual sites.

At Phnom Kulen, your professional licensed tour guide will take you to explore the famous River of 1,000 Lingas, where ancient Hindu carvings can be seen along the riverbed. You will then visit the Reclining Buddha, an important religious site for Cambodian people, before continuing to the beautiful Phnom Kulen Waterfall, where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and take photos.

After exploring the mountain, we will drive down to the foot of Phnom Kulen for a lunch break at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we continue our journey to Banteay Srei, also known as the “Ladies Temple.” This beautiful temple is famous for its fine pink sandstone and remarkably detailed carvings depicting Hindu mythology, deities, and traditional Khmer designs. Your guide will explain the history and stories behind the temple as you explore its beautifully preserved architecture.

On the way back to Siem Reap, our final stop will be Pre Rup, an impressive pyramid-style temple built during the Khmer Empire. Climb the temple steps and admire its ancient brick towers and beautiful architecture while learning about its historical importance.

After visiting Pre Rup, we will drive back to your hotel in Siem Reap, arriving in the late afternoon.
